Great place to stay for a weekend in Beacon. A bit on the farther side of town, but still walkable to the train, trails, and Main st if you enjoy a lot walking. But the free bus loop is also 10 minutes away. Our dog also felt welcome and happy there. We liked that there were boardgames we could play and a very clean and open space for our pups to feel comfortable in.

Marty's place was as nice as a hotel room. We only stayed the night, but you could comfortably stay longer. There were lots of dishes and silverware, so you could make a simple meal or comfortably eat take out. There was a big fridge as well. Marty also provides complimentary coffee, tea, and a couple bottles of water. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The location is about a 15 minute walk to Main St. So in good weather there's no need for an Uber if you're inclined to make your way on foot. We'd happily stay at Marty's place again.

Great proximity to downtown Beacon and local trails. Everything was as advertised, clean and easy to find. Host was easy to communicate with as well. I would recommend this AirBnB to anyone!
