Very pleasant modern studio with lovely balcony. Very clean. Has all the amenities you might need (even for a longer stay). Also, the residence is super secure, cctv cameras, gated, and security guard day and night. Icing on the cake: access to an underground car park and a large swimming pool. Five stars for me.

It’s a gated, fenced off complex with strict access rules and limited privacy. The security guy smelled strong of alcohol and was watching us all the time, we didn’t feel comfortable. We couldn’t bring a friend, security wouldn’t let them in. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable, we had a police incident in there one night next door. During the day families with kids hang around, so not quiet. The apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean, but lacked some nice touches - for example there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets, there was a coffee machine but no coffee capsules. Lastly, house rules sent by host seemed strange - take off shoes inside, no visitors, no eating in bed or you will get charged. In a nutshell, apartment looks great like on the photos and everything works, but the building / complex and rules are a big turn off.

Great host and apartment. Has everything you need. Staying for the second time here and would definitely stay again in the future.
