This is not a party house. No events and If you are a loud group please book somewhere else. If our neighbors complain about noise in the backyard your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund. We have a VERY STRICT policy about the number of guests. Every guest that is entering the house, whether staying the night or not needs to be registered as an additional guest in your reservation.
