Great spot, super responsive team, and very flexible in arrangements. Residence was really nice and exactly as advertised. Overall, good location to the main parts of Chincoteague - a 15 min bike ride or 5 min drive. Accommodated a 40-foot camper without issue and had an exceptional backyard for many dogs. Only two areas I'd note for others who are considering to book, as they felt like last minute "surprises" to me. The pet fee is $150/pet (that adds up quick!) and there's a ~$300 - $350 linen fee (there's no linens or towels by default). Maybe these were disclosed somewhere in the listing but they didn't make themselves apparent to me until a few days before the trip, feeling like a hidden fee for me. Otherwise, exceptionally responsive team, wonderful residence, and a great location for a large family with many dogs and an RV to enjoy several days on the island! Would recommend to anyone with similar needs so long as they have full understanding of cost. I'd stay again.

We mostly liked the Sea Horse rules and terms that weren’t well articulated or else lacked justification took away from the experience. First, while it is mentioned in the listing, 10am check out certainly isn’t an industry norm and is not something I’d expect to be harshly enforced. Thus having to sign an agreement acknowledging that being there at 10:30 am would be “treated as trespassing” was jarring. Then when we saw the extent of the check out list, it was even more confusing. If we’re sweeping, vacuuming and unloading the dishwasher, and they don’t even need to remake the beds, they should not need a 6 hour turn over window. This leads me to our other issue. Linens were in the amenities list despite a rental fee for them and it was a lot: $400 (we declined). The house is nice though worn in places, great yard and porch, not a bad location, but not really waking distance to much.
