Great condo for our family of 4! Location was perfect, making it easy to access the lifts, restaurants and general store. Everything was very clean - one of the cleanest places we've rented in fact - kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Upstairs room was very comfortable, downstairs room off the kitchen was great for the kids. The second bedroom on the main floor was it's own little en suite and a little removed from the rest so could be good for a teen or another adult. Little things to know, but that didn't negatively impact our stay at all. The decor is dated and the living area is rather small - good for a family of 4 with 2 young kids but would likely feel pretty tiny with several adults. Parking is a little tricky but overflow was nearby and always had space (remember an ice scraper!). Walls upstairs were thin so we heard the neighbors on occasion but in general the space was nice and quiet.

Place was great for a family - well stocked with games and some basic necessities!! Super close to the Mountain. Comfy beds and lots of room! No cable - so plan on not watching any TV!

Loved our stay! Exactly what the description said and very clean. Could tell a lot of thought went into providing for a guest’s comfortable stay for the space. Used the wood fire place and it was warm and cozy. There was a bundle of wood provided and we brought more as the check instructions suggested. So definitely recommend grabbing more wood! The master bed was very comfortable and it was a treat that each room had its own bath and shower - the kids loved that. Fit our family of 5 great and would recommend!

The condo was clean and in a great location. Really liked having the garage/storage area for storing mountain bikes.

First of all, please be aware that this is a 3rd party rental. This was made clear in the listing, but if your experiences have been like mine, it is always easier to deal directly with the owner. Although Dawn responded to my two questions within the 24 hour time frame, the response was too late to help me with what I needed. Example 1 - I reached out about a possible iron. She told me she would double check with the owner … I never heard back. Example 2 - I asked about the laundry facility at 8am before checkout. The same laundry facility that is mentioned in their directions to the property. At 2:00pm … after checkout, she responded “there isn’t one.” My family and I have been traveling from the East Coast for several weeks. This was the worst communication, yet. The unit is old, but updated and very cute. Surrounding area a bit “shady” (caution tape on decks, pool area filled in with river rock, garbage, etc).
