I had a very disappointing experience with this Airbnb property. Jaya, the host, was unresponsive throughout my stay, which made communication difficult. Despite being promised a 2pm check-in, I checked in at 8pm, only to find the room in an unacceptable state - dirty and with hair all over the floor. The washroom was also in terrible condition. To make matters worse, when I tried to reach Jaya for assistance, she redirected me to Rajee, who turned out to be equally unhelpful. During my stay, I experienced a lack of coordination and professionalism from the hosts. Moreover, when we finally got a room, it was unhygienic and dirty, leading us to ask Rajee for immediate cleaning. In conclusion, I have to say that Jaya and Rajee were the worst organizers I have encountered. Their lack of responsiveness, unhygienic conditions, and overall poor service left a lasting negative impression on my Airbnb experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for the sake of future guests.

The support staff was very considerate and prompt to fulfill our requests as also to guide us to places nearby. Rajee, as the supervisor of the support staff was always very helpful and it is clear that she is a great team member for Jaya.
