Ms. Maan and Kuya Caretaker were very helpful and responsive to all our needs. We just had a minor issue with the gate and ended up parking on the street however it did not compromised our overall stay. Please make sure to bring your own drinking water as it is not provided. We thought the place will be hot (based on the reviews) as the “master’s bedroom” only have AC however since exhaust fans are installed to other rooms our family did not complain about the temperature. We’ll definitely book again here in case we need to go to Lipa again ☺️

Nice place to stay and recommended for private event. Pool is far from the house. Pls bring iron if you need one. Water container or dispenser is not available as well. Host and care taker is helpful and friendly.
