Pretty much as expected but with a few caveats. The house is both on Airbnb but also on Belvilla (another rental platform). I feel like this double "posting" creates some confusion for the rental and check in processes. A neighbor, Patricia, was there to greet us and she was very nice and helpful. The house is pretty much as described and in very good condition. There is a very large common living area. The pool is huge and definitely the main attraction of the house. A lot of mosquitoes at night and the screened eating area close to the pool had unfortunately quite a few openings which made it unusable. The biggest issue is that the house is described as having "air conditioning" but actually only 3 of the 4 bedrooms have individual AC units which are not very effective. The rest of the house has no AC. Also, you cannot walk to Seillans. The only way is a departmental road with a fair amount of fast traffic and no shoulders. Otherwise a great stay in a very nice area.
