The property has total 7 private rooms/cottages overlooking the Arabian Sea with direct access to beach & an in house beach front café right at the property. DO NOTE this is a boutique Airbnb homestay to spend quality & peaceful time to have a unique experience and not a hotel hence please do not book if you are looking for hotel like facilities. PAID PARKING - Paid parking is available just behind the property near the street which is run and managed by local people to ear livelihood for their families. They charge 100/- per day for four wheelers. Please co-operate. Tune of Ocean beach front boutique stay provides an unparalleled and gorgeous view of the sparkling blue Arabian sea. The rooms/cottages are located on the sands overlooking the Sea. In front of the property lies a beautiful beach cafe sit out area, where you can relax in the sunbed and look out on to the Ocean, one can watch mesmerizing sunset from the private balcony of the rooms. Quite close to the town yet far enough to escape the busy city life... You will find peace and harmony in a beautiful environment. This is a sea view cottage with balcony, see below cottage details : 1) It is a sea view duplex cottage with private balcony , an attached bathroom/wifi/ inverter power backup/hot water and it's right on the beach, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 groups of 6-7 members. 2) Sleeping Arrangement - 1 Queen size bed and 1 sofa cum bed on Ground unit. And 2 queen mattress on upper wooden deck/loft. 3) 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐂 - The room is air conditioned but AC is provided at an extra cost of INR 1000/- per day. 4) The power back up only supports fan, lights & does not support high voltage electronic devices(AC/Geyser) 5) There is phone network issue inside the rooms but the wifi is accessible in the rooms. 6) Outside the rooms there is a beach shack/cafe where you can chill out, take a dip in the water, have drinks, food , with an amazing view. 7) There are local shops nearby and the main Gokarna town is located 3.5 km from the property where you can find Banks, supermarkets and souvenir shops. 8) The parking area is behind the property near the road, its just 2 minutes walk from property and it is paid parking. 9) Two wheelers are available for rent nearby. Things to do : > Chillout in the cafe area and enjoy the gorgeous shades of blue of the Arabian sea. > Watch dolphins while chilling out in the sitting area. > Take a long walk towards mesmerizing Kamal beach which is approximately 1.5 km from the property where the River Gangavalli meets the Arabian sea or to the famous Gokarna beach just which is 5-10 mins walk from the property. > Walk around the fisherman's village, the paddy fields and experience the local culture. > Take a boat ride to paradise beach or you can also Trek from Kudle beach to Paradise beach. > Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the property with some chilled wine.
