The location is beautiful with the best view we have ever had other than right at ocean front. The lanai was very enjoyable and provided amazing views of sunsets and the neighboring small islands. Lots of restaurants close by and some shopping. There is road noise occasionally but not really disturbing. It is somewhat high on the hill in the complex, so we drove our car down to the bottom and parked by the pool to access the beach. But the walk is not bad if you do not mind the steps. Do note the unit is on the second floor with no elevator. We were very pleased to find an array of snorkel gear options on the lanai which saved us from having to rent some. Snorkeling is beautiful right down on the beach at the condo. We had a few issues but the management company resolved them quickly and were very friendly. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as the stuff provided is pretty awful.

While I loved the location and the outdoor patio, there was really only one thing that annoyed me about the whole experience. When you arrive, there is a binder on the counter that talks about the condo and rules. The most annoying thing that stood out was that you are only given 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and only one paper towel roll for your entire stay. We stayed 7 nights and had 4 adults + 1 baby and paid over $7800. When I checked, we were also only given 1 thin extra roll per bathroom. I did request more in which they did bring us some. But the concept and the note in the binder was just mind boggling for me. The other thing was that the pans/pots were not cleaned at all and had black food caked on them to the point we had to scrub it off then dry with OUR paper towels that we had to buy. The condo does not supply dry rags for you. Both of those was a knock off of one star for me. Everything else was great- they provided a crib, highchair, beach toys and chairs.

We had a wonderful stay. It looked exactly like the pictures. The sunsets were beautiful every night. We would stay again.
