Comfortable cottage living at the "Oasis". A private queen sized room, full bath, living room, kitchen, and backyard area. There is a dedicated work station, with speedy Wi-fi, and AC/heat when required. Living room, bathroom, kitchen and all outdoor spaces are shared. Inside laundry, and on-site parking included. Extended stays are welcome-please inquire prior to booking. This is a private bedroom in a 2-bedroom Cottage style home.

All things considered, the best Airbnb value in the Bay Area. The hosts are great and the little dogs are a sweet bonus.
Space was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything works great with plenty of room for groceries and storage. Nice shared front room with a big TV and comfortable sofas. Great outside space where you can take advantage of the weather. Also really good air movement and ventilation through the property with ceiling fans in every room. Aura and David are super cool and communicative. Immediate response to queries or concerns. Very friendly when you see them around the property, and they obviously enjoy hosting and the service they provide. A++ stay.

Busses run right out front, BART is 5 minutes away by car. Hwy 242, 680, 4 and others are close. Pretty central to the East Bay.

I like a good beach day, a strenuous hike, and light home improvement projects. Hospital, refinery workers, and other professionals make up the bulk of our guests. Our property listings are conveniently located close to John Muir Hospital, Concord Campus.
