This place is located around a quiet and peaceful residential area. I visited this place to attend a confernece in Tufts University and was walkable to the venue. Also, I found a grocery named Stop and Shop, located 5 mins walking distance from this place, which is very good. And the room is equipped with a good internet connection and a desk, which helped me work inside the room. All these are good points while I stayed. One of the bad points were the thing that there were no clear descriptions in the posting for supplies such as toothpastes or water etc. You may need to prepare toothpaste and drinking water before you get to this place. Although the room was cozy enough to stay by myself, it should be cleaner by removing all dusts and trashes in the bin for every visitor. In addition, the house was intended for shoes to be taken off inside the rooms, but other people walked around the house wearing shoes, which always left my bare feet very dirty.
