Beautiful location. Some of the furnishings definitely need updating. 2nd bedroom- bed sagging. Peaceful place to stay. Loved being able to walk to the beach

This property was excellent for what we needed. We took our son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters for a week of relaxation between Christmas and New Years. We found the house to be clean and cozy, especially the wood-burning fireplace in the middle of the living room (lots of wood provided). We loved the sun room where you could see the ocean and feel that you were outside, but it was warm and comfortable. The walk to the beach was very quick, maybe three minutes. There is a set of steep steps to get to the beach so it may not work for anyone with physical disabilities. One thing to consider is that the bedrooms do not lend themselves to a great deal of privacy as there is not a solid wall and door but instead they have accordion walls that allow sound to travel easily. Our 9 month old granddaughter was sick for much of the week and coughed and cried at night, which could be heard throughout the house, and even into the other bedroom. Otherwise, a great property!
