A hidden gem in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to Comox town centre. • The house is two storeys - Your AirBnB is downstairs. The owner (me), is upstairs. • The front door and main entrance are exclusively yours. • You can store your bicycles, SUPs, surfboards, skis or snowboards in the main entrance - There's plenty of room. • The main entrance has stairs that connect to the 2nd floor. They are only used when I'm turning over the room for the next guest. Or, if you have any questions and want to chat in person (in the main entrance area). Important: I'll always ask before coming downstairs. • The main living area has a queen size bed, two comfy chairs, a wood-burning stove (for winter), an electric kettle and free tea and coffee. • The main living area gets the morning sun. • You have a full private bathroom, including laundry facilities, on the same floor - It's just down the hallway. • Free wifi. • Off-street parking (You can park by the entrance). We're within walking distance to some of the important stuff. • Church Street tap house - 10 mins walk • The Mill coffee shop - 15 mins walk • Milano coffee shop - 15 mins walk • The town centre - including sushi, ice cream, breakfast cafes, other restaurants, a grocery store + more - 15 mins walk • Harbour Air - 15 mins walk - yes, it's within walking distance • The marina - 15 mins walk We're a short drive from our fellow Comox Valley neighbours. • Courtenay - 15 mins drive • Cumberland - 20 mins drive • Campbell River - 45 mins drive If you're looking to snowboard, ski or mountain bike - Mount Washington - 40 mins drive And, if you've booked a ferry, got a flight to catch. Or, simply just like to know how fast you can get out of dodge. We're close to all main routes in and out of town. • 19 highway - 16 mins drive • 19A oceanside highway south (from the edge of Courtenay)- 12 mins drive • 19A oceanside highway north (from the bottom of Veterans Memorial Parkway) - 12 mins drive • Comox Airport - 7 mins drive • Harbour Air - 5 mins drive.
