自我介绍

Hi everyone. I am a lifelong Caribbean islander. Born in Puerto Rico and arrived in the USVI at 18. Worked hard to physically build and rebuild the houses you will see when you get here. My wife Connie and I found it unfinished over a decade ago and it took us about 8 years to get it close to "finished:)". The view is absolutely magic. The space and entry way was designed with help from my good friend and stellar design build guy Jon Euwema. We tried to think about how to make it cool and functional with accouterments to bring modern life to the islands. We won't force you to do without the gadgets or media, thats up to you. I love to sail and taught my four daughters to love the ocean and be active. When I'm down I make sure to get a few good soaks in. On the top floor of the house (3 levels) there is now what we call "L3 Northside retreat" ready for larger groups and families. On the second floor is the Grandview. On the first floor you will find the Northside retreat. The neighborhood is all 1/2 acres so somewhat separated but I hope anyone who stays with us understands that after 10pm things need to wind down noise wise. Just like any other property.
