A great place to stay. The apartment is easy to find, location is great - lots of places to eat nearby and it's easy to reach other points of interest via the publoc transport. The place is clean, the kitchen very well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. Franz is the best host I've ever had dealings with - proactive, extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you.

Gut eingerichtetes Apartment, alles da, was man braucht, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr sauber und schnelle Kommunikation. Und das Beste ist die Lage in einem spannenden Viertel inkl. der umliegenden Kieze und kurze Entfernung zur Spree und zum Landwehrkanal. Markthalle Neun gegenüber ist sehr empfehlenswert.

We loved Franz's place. It's in a great location opposite Markthalle 9 with all that Kreuzberg has to offer on the doorstep. Even so, it's quiet and peaceful. The bed is really comfortable, and it's wonderful to have a balcony. Franz was friendly, generous and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.
