Beautiful home on the river - just as described. The home was well equipped, very clean, and comfortable. A beautiful quiet spot to retreat to. There were frequent trains passing by on the other side of the river, but for us they just added to the charm of the place. We stayed here to attend our daughter's graduation at Penn State and it was an easy 20 mile drive to campus. Would stay here again if we had the opportunity.

Great home! Amazing private location next to a river! People are friendly in the area and it hits the spot for a quiet retreat. A bonus was seeing trains go by across the river! Host is friendly and responsive to questions. Check in & check out is a breeze! Highly recommended! A++

We came in to town to spend some family quality time. The expansive porch was the perfect place to visit while the kids explored the river. Amazing food at the nearby Spruce Creek Tavern with entrees big enough for two. Definitely want to visit again.

Randall's house on the Little J is a real gem. The covered porch facing the river, with plenty of rocking chairs, was quite possibly the nicest porch I've ever sat on. The house is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Randall was just an excellent host, very accommodating and trusting of his guests. We plan to rent next Fall for a repeat performance.
