This multi-level 4300 sq foot home is perfect for big families or groups of friends! With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms it can accomodate 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy easy access to the lake - no steep stairs and the no-wake zone behind the house creates a wonderful water playground for all! Kayaks, paddle boards and a water trampoline ! A highlight of Lakeside on Lake Lure is how close the house is to the lake. Just a few steps to the lake and steps to walk right into the water. There are very few homes on Lake Lure that offer such easy access to the lake. The home is set on a very peaceful cove in a no-wake zone. This creates a huge water playground for young and old alike! A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view, read a book or paddle board, kayak, or swim. Our spacious lakefront home offers parking and direct entry into the home from parking level. The lake is directly accessible from the lower level - no steep steps to the water! The main level has 2 bedrooms with in-suite sink areas, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room, sun room, dining room, and expansive lake-view deck. 1 bedroom - king bed. 2nd bedroom - queen bed. Upper level has a very large Master bedroom with large bathroom with shower and soaking tub and large laundry room. King bed and twin sofa bed. Loft level is very spacious with full bathroom with shower and 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Great spot for the kids! The lake-side lower level has 1 king, 1 full and a full bath with shower and tub, laundry, refrigerator, coffee machine. 2 laundry rooms ! Wood and tile floors throughout Note: This is a multi-level home with stairs to all levels and no elevator. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time or anytime after. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time or anytime earlier. The plan for the next Lake Drawdown is 1/1/24 - 3/31/24. While the Lake will begin rising on March 31st, 2024, the rate of refilling the Lake is based on the weather and the amount of rainfall received.

You will not find a better house to stay in if going to Lake Lure! The view was amazing! The kitchen was better equipped than most Airbnb’s! Plenty of space and places to sleep for a group of 10! It was great to have kayaks to use and be able to sit on the lovely deck. We plan to go again next year to this same house and in the past, we have always picked some place different. This was our tenth trip together and the third at Lake Lure.

The home is gorgeous with tons of great bedrooms, comfy beds, plenty of towels and an excellent kitchen and living area with a view. We had everything we needed in terms of cookware to make a prime rib Christmas dinner, a pizza, and a spaghetti bolognese one night. Everything was modern and comfortable. We especially loved being able to use the kayaks and all the tables to sit around for family game nights. Thank you for a memorable holiday family gathering!

This was the perfect place for our family to be together for Thanksgiving. Angela was a tremendous host who has done a great job furnishing and equipping this house as a true vacation rental. Everyone in our group had plenty of space to relax in their bedrooms individually and when we were all together, never felt crowded. All in all, if you're looking for a space in the area for a larger group, look no further and enjoy the lake!

Our stay was magical! House and surrounding are gorgeous. This spacious house had everything we needed. We appreciate white great queasily linens and sheet. Beds are comfortable! New dishes, kitchen wear and appliances. Amzing large deck overlooking the water!!! Two great patios on both side of the house. We appreciated every corner of this place. We will be back!

10/10! Our LARGE group of kids and parents had a great stay. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels, good hot showers, comfortable beds and bedding, very clean overall. The adults especially loved the water trampoline in the evening! Would definitely stay again!
