I had to most amazing stay here. The pictures is what drew me, but honestly, it's more beautiful in person. I liked that the beach, market, and grocery stores are walking distance and how convenient the taxi services are when I didn't want to walk back. Our Co-Host Tash was amazing. She was welcoming, friendly, and informative. When I had questions or concerns she was a text and minutes away. I definitely recommend this location when visiting Antigua.

We stayed at Nickie's and Tash's place for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The property matches the description, there were no surprises, other than the pleasant ones :) Tash met us at the property upon our arrival, the key hand-over was smooth and easy, Tash pointed out all the important things we needed to know, and we were able to start our vacation on a good and happy note. The property is beautiful, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Short drive from the airport and easy to find even in the dark thanks to clear instructions from the hostesses. It is situated on a hill, and even though we were staying at the ground floor unit, we had amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, sunsets and sunrises from the balcony/rooms. The place is very spacious yet very cozy. We had everything we needed during our stay. A/C, hot water, wi-fi - everything worked perfectly. Thank you Nickie and Tash for an amazing stay, great communication and making us feel at home during our trip!

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY SHORT DRIVE FROM BEACH W/ FRIENDLY HOSTS We been coming to Antigua since we were babies. This was our second time ever staying at one of Nicke’s units. Last month we stayed in Nicke’s unit upstairs. This time we stayed in a bottom unit. Both have amazing views from the balcony since the property is on a hill. This is perfect for catching the gorgeous sunset/sunrise. I also enjoyed doing yoga each morning on the balcony. Nicke and Tasha are quick to respond if you need anything. Both are also very friendly and conveniently located in one of the other units. Wifi works pretty well but would not be realistic for remote work because it can be quite spotty. Best location for wifi was the living room. Wifi was perfect for leisure. This unit was supposed to have 3 beds but only had 2. Double check before arrival if having all 3 beds is important for your stay. It’s a short drive from the beach and local grocery store. You will need a car to get around, but it’s such a short drive. Thanks Nicke & Tasha for welcoming us once again :)
