I wish I could give it a 6/5 ! Very nice apartment, comfortable furnitures, comfy bed, extremely clean. All needed amenities. Quiet building, quiet neighbourhood. Easy covered (outdoor) parking. Walking distance to everything. Melinda is a great host, easy communication, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this listing for your stay in Golden.

Melinda's place was perfect for our stay in Golden. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the local IGA, brewery and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. We'd love to be back in the future for sure!

Melinda's place was a great place to stay, the views were amazing and the apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice a condo close to the Kicking Horse river, quiet and tidy. The facilities are great and easy to use. Quite convenient with chain markets, bars, cafes not far away. We will surely choose again next time.

great space for a couple or small family to get away to. Amazing location! Walking trails are steps from the door, covered parking, quick walk to restaurants and groceries.
