Excellent home with a beautiful setting and amazing view of Cdga lake! The natural setting and main floor layout was perfect for our Mom-Daughter party of 16. We loved it!!! Heads up: We did room assignments based on individual needs prior to arrival. Unfortunately, a number of the rooms were not as described in the listing. (Full bed vs queen, with bath yet no bath, etc). This created minor adjustments that were not an issue, but I will update here to prevent others from the same confusion :) There are 8 bedrooms, and NO bonus room as pictured. We learned on arrival that the bonus room is private. Main floor: Room 1) King bed w/ full bath Room 2) Full bed no bath (small space) Full bath at end of hall. Second floor: Bed 3) Queen bed w/ full bath Bed 4) Full bed no bath Bed 5) Childs room- 2 hard/firm twin beds and 1 child weight only bunk bed Bed 6) Queen bed w/full bath Bed 7) Queen over Queen bunks no bath Bed 8) Queen over Queen bunks no bath Full bath to share at end of hall

Great place with lots of room. Outdoor hot tub and fireplace were a big hit. Loved the huge kitchen with all the windows too.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The hosts were exemplary and great breakfasts were provided as well. The home was spotless and spacious with private accommodations and indoor/outdoor amenities (to many to list) that made our stay incredibly comfortable, fun and relaxing for our entire family. The private setting was so peaceful and the view of Canandaigua Lake was spectacular. We spent hours in the beautiful pool, hot tub and rocking chairs in the gazebo; and we loved hours of conversations and laughs sitting around the fire and on the deck around the gas fire. Gathering areas in the home were great for watching movies, playing games, or sitting around eating at the huge table or island; and we were able to launch our pontoon at a free site only 5 minutes from us. There is a large toy room with a tv in which younger children would love spending hours playing. It was just a great place with short drives to the lake, towns and wineries. We loved it! Thank you!

This is an amazing location and great set up for large family gatherings. We celebrated a 90th birthday here with all the children, grandchildren, and great grands! Spacious, clean, and breakfast food provided. Each room had clean towels set out. Spectacular view.
