Ich wurde nach der Buchung in eine Chat Gruppe eingeladen wo alle Anweisungen und Fragen beantwortet wurden. Das Haus war an sich sauber und schön. Nur ein Zimmer war nicht so sauber. Es sah so aus als wäre das Bettlaken nicht gewaschen worden. Die Matratzen waren auch sehr dünn für unseren Geschmack. Nach drei Tagen wurde die Wohnung einmal sauber gemacht. Die Stromkosten die berechnet werden sollte man am Ende nicht vergessen da diese ziemlich hoch berechnet werden. Dies ist aber in der Beschreibung angegeben. An sich ein toller Aufenthalt und ein schönes Haus. Vielen Dank!

The place was sufficient for a short stay and it is a walking distance to 2 convenient stores. It’s a decent place if you are looking to stay somewhere more local. There were some issues in the main toilet and the floors were quite sticky but the staff were very responsive.

Excellent villa with a pool. Our plane was delayed for about for about 2 hours, once we arrived at the property, the receptionist guy greeted us with his big smile 😌and show us everything that we need to know during our stay at the villa, we instantly feel at ease. All the staff at club Miracle go for the extra mile to make sure their guest are comfortable and well taken care of. The villa ran out of water at the last night we are here, we talked to the staff in the WhatsApp group the water delivery guy knocked on our door in about 20 mins. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this Villa, would love to try other properties next time when I return to Phuket.
