Very comfortable and welcoming house and Thi a was very helpful with any questions we had. She replied very quickly and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as she could. Such a nice experience we extended our stay and with no issues.

The Happyhouse was a very comfortable stay. There were issues that could’ve made our stay more enjoyable. Considering the fact that we paid $400 a day after taxes…. The oven could’ve been cleaned( we rented during Thanksgiving break). I took pics of the other issues dirty and damaged bathroom cabinets. Stains on the bedroom closet doors. Soap dispensers in bathroom and kitchen were crusted with dirt. Beds were VERY low to the floor. HOWEVER… Mattresses were comfortable, garage had great entertainment room. Back outside area was wonderful! Great open concept living/dining/kitchen. Quiet and peaceful.

The pictures do NOT do justice to the home. Everything was what we expected. We were a 4 couple group in town for the game and my birthday as well. With permission, Thi allowed in town relatives to stop by and fellowship with us. The pool, backyard, and gazebo were clean and ready for use. She's also very fast with responding and extremely friendly. I would DEFINITELY book with her again and refer her to others!!
