Faltan closets mas grandes y mejores en piezas. Las camas son muy duras. baño es muy pequeño y sin agua caliente en lavamanos. no hay dispensadores de agua potable (el agua no es bebestible) , no hay suficientes electrodomésticos. faltan ventiladores para los dias de mas calor. el wifi es muy malo (un router para 4 cabañas). el aseo inicial era bastante deficiente (mucho polvo y pelos en rincones y piezas). La señal de TV muy malo (ROKU) muy básico y limitado. La parrilla es compartida y esta en muy mal estado. durante mi estadia de 10 estuve mas de 10 horas sin suministro de agua en la casa fue muy molesto y complicado. Creo seria bueno un descuento en el precio pagado por todas estas molestias ocurridas.

Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und inmitten der Natur. Die Unterkunft ist neu und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings ohne jegliche Extras: ausser Toilettenpapier muss alles mitgebracht werden(Handtücher, Salz, Öl etc.). Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Wir hatten Mühe, den Ort zu finden weil uns der Link in eine falsche Strasse führte. Unbedingt beim Schild “Molco” abbiegen, von Villarrica kommend gleich nach dem Restaurant Borde Luz.

this apartment is beautiful, pretty new, but unfortunately thats it. after a day of hard hiking we came to the apartment to make check-in (wich was easy) and discovered that there in no towels at all, what surprised us, i tried to send the hoster message but the wifi was too bad and it wasnt any cellular signal around. for the more the hoater replied very slow, so we waited in the house without the ability to take shower. that we discovered that the towels is a service that cost money! 1. i have never seen something like this before! it is not an hostel ann the standard should be that towels should be included! 2. at the moment we discovered it, it was to late to fix it! 3. even small towel for the bathroom was missing! 4. only 1 toilets paper for 4 people for 2 nights!! and im not talking about the house heating system that me find out that always awful but this is actually in every apartment we stayed in chile.

A great little place a short distance from town, there are other cabins on the land but no one was there when we were, Paula meet us on our arrival and was quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen is basic with no tea, coffee or cooking essentials , the internet struggled a little on our devices & no towels or dish drying clothes provided. We booked 3 night for 4 guests and were provided with 1 small toilet roll, we requested more and were told only 1 roll is provided for courtesy only and that’s how the other cabins in the area work, this is the first time we’ve encountered this at a airbnb, so be aware when booking. Nice place but would be better if the essentials were provided.
