We needed a quick night to stay and found this listing. After the cancellation date passed, I received a message regarding rules, which were extensive, including wanting first and last names of all people staying prior to releasing the door code. We were also lectured on noise violations with fines and decibel alarms in the house, yet the neighbors dog barked ALL night long and kept us awake. Not that I was worried as we weren’t there to party, but sheesh! The house smelled of dog and the floor was so dirty, we had to wear our shoes at all times. For a $250 cleaning fee, there is no way the house is being cleaned properly. Very expensive for a 1 night stay and I would have cancelled following the message with all the rules, but it was conveniently sent after the cancellation timeframe.

Such a vibey home! Everything about this house screams clean! It was so comfy & worth every penny! Thank you for having us. Will definitely book again when I come into town.

Loved the place! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to LA. It was so clean and homey. Ashley was so nice and responsive to our queries. I highly recommend the place and the host. 💕
