Complimentary coffee and tea is standard for all guest to start your day! The cozy open living room connects the entire floor and has a TV, counter space seating, and an electric fireplace for cooler evenings. Ample natural light shines through the sliding doors leading to the deck/patio. Off of the living room are two bedrooms (King and Full + Twin) with amble closet space. A pack n’ play/travel crib is stored and available for use. Large computer monitor is available upon request (no dedicated office space). A full bathroom completes the upper floor. Enter the downstairs living space to find another living room equipped with a TV, dining table for 6, corner bar seating area, and a large comfy sectional for the family. Off of the stairs is a comfortable third bedroom (Queen). A second full bathroom is accessible from the downstairs hallway. The laundry room is equipped with an updated washer and dryer completing the downstairs. Access the oversized outdoor deck/patio through the upper living room or driveway. Outdoor seating and a gas grill is available to entertain friends and family. Below the deck is the large 6 person hot tub spa, equipped with lighting and speakers, perfect for relaxing and recharging each day. The hot tub is accessible from the downstairs living space or driveway. Further in the yard is a stone fire pit complete with seating. Great for use any day or night.
