Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très confortable et propre, le jardin est très agréable ... surtout après avoir visité et marché toute la journée! Gordy, est un hôte agréable, réactif, avec de touchantes attentions. Merci!

Logement spacieux et confortable. Idéal pour un grand groupe. Gordy est un hôtel sympathique et réactif, soucieux de notre confort et pleins de bons conseils. The Yellox Block est un endroit fait pour vous si vous souhaitez vous retrouvez en famille ou entre amis. Toutes les commodités à proximité et ça c'est pratique !

Gordy was extremely responsive and accommodating, and the space was perfect for our large group. It had great common space for us to be together as well as plenty of privacy. And Gordy was super flexible and communicative and let us check in early and check out late - such a great host, 10/10 recommend.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et Gordy est je pense le meilleur hôte que nous ayons eu sur Airbnb. Il a participé à la réussite de notre voyage. La maison est tellement grande qu’elle peut accueillir un très grand groupe. La plupart des Airbnb sont maintenant interdits à New York mais celui de Gordy dispose d’une autorisation suite à son classement spécial. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement.

Gordy was great. Always ready to help, and he replies fast. The house was exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for all my students. Nice and warm and cozy. Kitchen is nice and big with a new fridge, coffee makers, electric stove and a big table for all of us. We loved how the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is only 3 blocks from the G train that connects to any other train that goes into Manhattan. Easy! I'll be coming back next year 😊 Thanks Gordy.
