The house is 5 minutes walk from all shops (bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy, supermarkets (open from 8.30am to 8pm, drive), press, banks (with cash machine).
Less than 10 minutes walk away, you can walk in a 5 ha park surrounding the castle of Montières built in 1820. You can see common species such as: plane trees (two hundred year old plane trees on the edge of the Somme), maple trees or lime trees; but also rare species such as: a Chinese soap tree, a bald cypress or cypress trees from Louisiana.
The area is very quiet, a few steps from the house you can walk or jog in a green setting (towpath ...)

Two bus lines, one of which has a high-speed service. It connects you to the major districts and the main centres of activity in the agglomeration.
