The apartment on the first floor covers 100 square meters and features a beautiful large space with a kitchen and living area, as well as a huge cozy couch that invites you to spend evenings together. A special highlight in this apartment is the exclusive bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, provide everything you need for a stay with family or friends. One of the double bedrooms is adjacent to the kitchen and is therefore a pass-through room, which should be taken into account when booking with friends. However, since the kitchen is usually not used at night, this is not a significant issue. This apartment also has a utility room with its own washing machine.
