This was perfect for our trip needs. We had a group of 8 but could have easily accommodated double that! Gathering room area was fantastic; central to the kitchen, pool and outside area. Rooms and beds were great. Our crew didn’t have anything negative to say about this house or location. In fact, we will most likely look to stay here again for an upcoming trip. Matt and Landon replied to all our questions immediately and were very accommodating for our check in. 11/10 would recommend this place.

Perfect for a big group. Very spacious & also beautiful! The swimming pool &hot tub was very nice & had a nice view. I love the open concept of common area,kitchen & few dining tables. Perfect to just cook & hang out. We didn’t even have to go anywhere really bc it was so nice to swim, lay out, the boys did a little fishing, kayaked & game night. Plenty of bedrooms,beds & bathrooms. Matt & Landon were very responsive & nice. I’m so glad & happy we went with this beautiful home. Everyone walked in shocked at how big and gorgeous it was especially the panoramic ocean view! 100% recommend if you have big group!

We were a party of 6 guys getting together for the fantasy football draft. The house had plenty of beds and bedrooms and also plenty of space for us to "get away" from each other. The great room is amazing with panoramic views of the river. The pool was a great place for us to relax with great views. This place was everything we expected and hoped for! A great place for a big group.

Matt’s place is in a beautiful location with wonderful amenities. The pool was a major hit with gorgeous views of the river. The house was fully stocked with all the basics a group could need. It was a great place for our friends to gather to celebrate. The home was not far from local shops and beaches. I would recommend this Airbnb!

The entire back of the house is a wall of glass doors with stunning views!! It was hot and muggy outside, so we really enjoyed the pool and especially the extra pool towels provided. The AC worked great and kept the inside nice and cool. The backyard gets evening shade, so we really enjoyed sitting outside. One night, we watched a dazzling lightning show on the other side of the river until the rain headed our way and drove us inside. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The open floor plan gave our group of 14 plenty of space, but also allowed for us to all be together. The teens were sad that the jet skis were out of commission and the tread mill not working properly. The home is beautifully decorated, but is starting to show wear and tear. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
