I had bad days with this house. Sorry to say but it do not meet my expectation. Dirty and smelly toilet. The sink is very dirty. There are ants everywhere including on the bed. Once i enter the house, it has smelly scent. It smells like nobody has ever clean up the house. The bed and the mattress have stains. I think the cleaning fees of RM60 are not worth at all. I think if you bring family with small kids, you should avoid this place. The level is at 50. i just knew the level on the day of check in. I do not prefer very high level of stay if I'm with my kids. Overall i do not like this place at all. I am so disappointed. This is the 1st airbnb that i am very disappointed. I will never choose this homestay ever again.

My stay at Min's apartment from 23 Jan to 9 Feb was bittersweet. Initially, there were communication issues as it took them long to respond & provide check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details even requests. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the apartment provided was different from the one I had booked based on the online pictures. They did not have the courtesy to notify me until I wrote to them then they told me that the original apartment was undergoing renovations & they would move me in a few days, but they didn't move me as promised. The substitute apartment was decent loved the kitchen & oven managed to make meals during my stay. The main bathroom had stains on the toilet seat and a rusty broken rail in the shower. The building is great, very quiet, big supermarket nearby. Overall, my stay would have been significantly improved with better communication, accurate representation online, extra bedding for long stays. I hope they address these aspects for future guests.
