The house was perfect for us four girls. Great location for us going to the zoo,Busch gardens and Clearwater beach. I didn’t realize that there wasn’t an oven but we just adjusted our dinner plans to fit not having one. Couch was comfortable and loved having extra blankets and pillows.

Our stay was great , peaceful, felt comfortable. Only thing I’d say is the backyard could’ve been alittle more updated , beautiful house , friendly area , jacuzzi was great , would stay again :)

We were here for 3 nights. Much care,attention and expense went into to the remodel of this home. For a small house, it was very comfortable and lovely. We weren’t prepared, however, for how high tech the place was. I told Carlos that a few written instructions would have been helpful and he said he would prepare some. The place also needed some basic pots and pans ( only one, small usable saucepan) and a toaster would have been nice. My guess is that Carlos will add these little conveniences for future guests. Likewise, there were no extra linens which would have been helpful. Because we did not have car, we relied on Uber. I hadn’t realized how far the house was from the center of town,( my fault for not checking that out) so it was always $30-35 one way to get to places we wanted to explore. If you have a car, the location wouldn’t be as big an issue, and probably the reasonable cost of the rental made up for the expense of transportation. I think you will enjoy staying here.
