We had an amazing stay! The apartment is exactly as described and the use of the pool is amazing. The only downside is that its right above the gym and you hear a lot of music. especially in the morning and evenings. We mentioned it to the host and they were understanding but it's also out of their control. If you plan to be out most of the evenings you would likely not hear it! But for the rest we enjoyed our time here.

Pros: We had a fun stay in Quan 4 in Ho Chi Minh. The building had a fabulous pool and gym. The neighbourhood was fun, super friendly and had most things we needed. Our host was very responsive. Cons: We arrived to stained sheets and towels, we notified the host and they were changed in a few hours but we were tired after a long trip and wanted to shower and go to bed and we had to delay that while waiting for replacements. The apartment in general wasn't very clean, ants were a problem. The beds are soft and there is very loud music blasting from the gym downstairs. We were told that it only happened a few hours in the evening but it went almost all day.
