great location and a beautiful setting for anyone looking to get out of town. really enjoyed being by the river.

I checked whole place when looking for places to stay and the whole location came up. Assumed we had access to the entire place. Once we arrived, the address was to the wrong house, it was to the landlords house next door. Was not aware. Very obtrusive. Found out at that time, the lower half was divided into 2 separate units and we could not use. There were 2 separate door locks on them. There was a stairway in our house that they could use to come up or go down. There would be no parking if all places where reserved. Could not park in the drive in front of the house, was told by landlord that it would block deliveries. Had to park in front of their house and walk down a large hill to get to the house. Not sure where others would park. The place we rented had no ac, which I missed, and there was windows from the main area into the main bedroom. No privacy. The main area was a kitchen, a sofa oddly placed and a chair in a corner. Not very friendly. The back was nice. Do not recommend

First, the house overall is very nice and well-maintained. It is clean, has comfortable beds, nice living space, beautiful views, nice yard space, and direct access to the Missouri River. This house lacks some of the finer amenity details that accompany similar Evolve houses delivered in Montana at this price point. The biggest amenity missing is air conditioning in the extreme summer heat, it becomes uncomfortable at night. Second, for those that like to cook, the kitchen provides very basic amenities. Third, the host lives directly next door and some things are shared with the host, e.g., the dock, and the BBQ grill. Again the house is beautiful, and the host was very nice, so it really comes down to the additional details you may expect.

This property is amazing: the view, the friendliness of the hosts and a welcome basket that was truly a nice surprise. Plenty of amenities that we appreciated like games, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and the beds were over the top comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again when visiting the area.
