A lovely night at Sams place but it is a little far to actually walk into town and places to eat. So you do need a car I would say

A decent stay. Its easy to find and Sam provided excellent instructions to do so. the kitchen is lovely and it has a nice big tv. The heating was on when we arrived which was a nice suprise. The sofa isnt the comfiest and is a little worn. The bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean. The bedroom is nice other than an odd stain on the ceiling. For the value, this is a good stay for the short term. There isnt much in the way of cooking utensils or cutlery.

perfect little apartment for a stay in Kent for work. Exactly what was needed. I've stayed there before and I will stay again.
