This large, spacious apartment offers a comfortable blend of coziness and the finishing touches of a luxurious hotel, so come and join us for an unforgettable stay! Located on one of Liverpool’s most iconic streets (Bold Street) which is home to some of Liverpool’s finest restaurants/bars and cafes, it is a famously diverse spot for eating and drinking. Step inside the apartment and be welcomed by a spacious open plan living area which is joined onto a kitchen with a dining table and breakfast bar. The living area offers two super comfortable and stylish sofa beds where you can sit back and watch free Netflix on a large flat screen TV. Kitchen/Living area The open plan kitchen has every amenity you need, which includes a microwave/oven/coffee machine/washing machine/toaster/fridge/freezer/kettle and a breakfast bar which has a built-in hob, making it a perfect place for preparing your own home cooked meal or for serving up one of Liverpool’s amazing takeaways. Tea and coffee are also provided. Bedrooms/En-Suites. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms all offering comfort and style. Each with there very own king-sized bed, dressed to perfection on a memory foam mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep. BEDROOM 1: King sized bed, En-Suite, flat screen TV with free Netflix, Balcony, Large wardrobe. BEDROOM 2: King sized bed, En-Suite, flat screen TV with free Netflix, Balcony, Large wardrobe. BEDROOM 3: King sized bed, Flat screen TV with free Netflix, Large wardrobe. SOFA BEDS: 3x sofa beds. Two are in the living room, the other sofa bed is located in a large open area by the main bathroom. MAIN BATHROOM: At the end of the corridor, we have the main bathroom. This offers you a free-standing bath and shower where you can either escape from the world, relax and unwind or prepare for the day ahead! LOCATION: • Liverpool Lime Street is only a 5/10-minute walk away and Central station is 2 minutes away. • There is a taxi rank at the bottom of Bold Street. • Liverpool and Everton stadiums are only a short bus ride away. • Albert Dock/Waterfront is only 10 minutes walk • St. Luke's church is at the top end of Bold Street. The bottom end leads into the area surrounding Clayton Square, which is part of the main retail district of the city. • Just a 2-minute walk, takes you to the famous Philharmonic Pub/Theatre, along with the 2 iconic Liverpool Cathedrals at either end of Hope Street. • China town is just a minute’s walk away. • 5 minutes walk takes you to the Walker Art Gallery, Library, & St Georges Hall. *Hen and stag dos allowed.

A great apartment right in the centre of Liverpool's nightlife hub. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place but even though it is surrounded by bars, clubs and restaurants, it was not too noisy as the apartment is at the top of the buliding. We loved being right in the heart of things surrounded by all the buzz of Bold St and the Ropewalk district. Less than 10 minutes walk to Liverpool 1 for shopping and then a little further to The museums and attractions of Albert Dock. A great place to stay for a lively visit to Liverpool.
Myself and my family stayed here for the races. The apartment was amazing exactly like the photos. Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants bars including a tesco less than 2 minutes from the door of the apartment. We stayed here with a large group and it never felt crowded the living space is huge. The rooms are spotless clean and the kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, etc. which was a nice touch. Our flight was delayed on the way home, and Cameron very kindly allowed us a later check out which was a godsend. Cameron and his dad were really helpful when checking in and really responsive throughout our stay and the whole booking process. Overall our stay was 10/10 not one person in our group had any complaints.
An incredibly beautiful and spacious apartment. The closest location to the city centre and everywhere was in walking distance, including 30 seconds to Bold Street which is full of independent restaurants. A friendly welcome and great communication from Cameron. 10/10!

Great stay, location is very central and easy to get around Liverpool. Apartment is beautiful and very clean.

Guest will have easy access to transportation across the city. The main transportations are by taxi, bus, e-scooters which are on every corner of the city and trains which there are a number of train stations right on your doorstep!
