Whether you're looking for a comfortable and functional space for a business trip, or a place for you and the family for a few days, our bright, homely annex at the bottom of the garden, will provide you with everything you need for the perfect stay!. Located in the village of Barton Le Clay which has some beautiful places for walks and hikes, Cainhoe Wood Golf Club is nearby, as well as being close to Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton Airport. Post code for the property is MK45 4SD. Located at the bottom of the garden of our family home but far away enough to be totally private. Our annex is bright, modern and comfortable. The log burner is perfect for chilly nights and heats the entire annex to make it nice and cosey. The kitchen is small and compact and has everything you need if you're cooking for one, or cooking for the family.

Awesome place with great facilities. We stay at a lot of AirBnB’s and this one is one of only a select few that is worth 5 stars because the decor is new, it’s clean and lots to offer. In fact it’s worth 6 stars.

A lovely annex to stay in! perfect for a family, much bigger than the pictures depicted! close to all amenities. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!!!
Gerry and Katie were the perfect hosts, good communication, very responsive and helpful with a hassle free check in. We spent two nights here and couldn't be happier, the images depict the annexe perfectly and the location is but a short walk to the village centre.

There is a dedicated parking space if you have your own vehicle and there is a local bus route going into Bedford and Luton, plus Harlington Train Station is very close.
We are also able to arrange collections and drop-offs if required with our executive car and mini-bus service. Just drop us a message with your requirements and we can arrange a quote for this.

Hi my name is Gerry and I live in Barton Le Clay with my wife Katie and my two children Michal and Stefan and we are the hosts of The Annex at Orchard House. The Annex was originally born out of a need for our family to have a place to live whilst we renovated our house, so we had to idea to convert the Annex at the bottom of the garden! We loved living there so much that we wanted to share the space with other families, people travelling for business, and friends just wanting to get away for a few days. I am a local business owner, based in Barton Le Clay, where both myself and my wife operate an executive coach hire company and also provide school transport for local schools and for schools working with children and young adults with special needs.
