Communication was great, the place felt spacious and was designed well with thoughtful touches. It was really clean and calm. Perfect location with lots of great cafes nearby, and it’s even better if you rent a bike. Thank you!

Все простенько и со вкусом, чисто островной вайб❤️ Если пройти на право по основной дороге будет магазин 7/11 и отличное кафе Vagga😋Наше заселение выпало на новогодние праздники, Алексей и Мария подарили нам подарки это было очень неожиданно и очень приятно!☺️ Благодарим за гостеприимство! 🫶🥰

I think the place itself is quite functional. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There were however couple of things, there was a smell in the bathroom which we were able to handle by opening up all the windows etc. Another thing was that the place was a tad bit smaller than what we thought. Moreover, we also had some issues with water not being very hot. This was fine for us. Alexey is a very responsive person, he made sure to communicate effectively and in real time. Overall, an average stay, not too bad but nothing special either.

The veranda is gorgeous! It's a wonderful spot to work with a comfortable table and chairs. Surrounded by singing birds and a gentle breeze, it quickly became my favorite spot. WiFi is good, but occasional island power outages occurred. A mobile internet backup is advisable. The kitchen is fully functional, featuring a gas stove, large refrigerator, microwave, blender, and a geyser coffee maker. The Haad Yao beach is a 7-minute walk away, passing through Vagga Bar, and nightly strolls are magical. A nearby 7/11 and two large markets within a 10-minute bike ride offer all essentials, with town supermarkets only for meat. Special thanks for air conditioning, a safe, and a comfortable mattress. The lighting options (bright, warm, dimmed, and a night light for bedtime), pleasant flooring (not chill), and excellent cleaning service every five days add to the comfort. Chess availability was appreciated, and the TV with USB connectivity was a bonus!

Alexey was a very nice and friendly host. We were able to check in early and check out a little later. The flat was incredibly beautiful and submitted with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come again.
