We had a good stay at this flat. The location is good, near to the lake and walkable to the old quarter in around 20 minutes or a short taxi. There are lots of restaurants nearby, including a cafe immediately downstairs. Checkin was easy with clear instructions. The space is compact but well presented and has everything you need including some crockery for drinks/food. The balcony area is nice, we didn't use the pool. There is good WiFi and the TV works well, nice clean bathroom and water on arrival. The unit itself is a bit unfinished so there was construction work ongoing next door which meant some noise (only during daytime hours) and dust/materials being moved around. This didn't bother us or impact our stay.

We had a disappointing experience, the building is currently undergoing construction, which led to constant noise and fine white dust in our apartment. the bed was extremely creaky, reacting to even the slightest movement. Our primary reason for booking was the pool, which was a major letdown. Despite previous reviews noting issues and our specific inquiry about its condition, we were assured by the host that it was functional. it wasn't filled when we checked in at 2PM and only be filled by 7PM on our check-in day, it was then unusable due to darkness and mosquitoes. The next morning the pool was still filled with dead insects preventing any use during our stay. Despite paying for a late checkout to accommodate our baby's nap schedule staff suddenly asked us on vacating at the standard time due to miscommunication The apartment itself was aesthetically pleasing and fairly clean (except the wooden floor was cracked due to aging and full of dust) these inconveniences spoiled our stay

Nice area to stay in and apartment as shown in pictures. Note at the time of our stay there was loud construction right outside apartment door that we weren't made aware of during booking. Once notified the host they stopped early morning and late evening work so do message host if you need quiet.
