I stay at AirBnbs on the regular—I will never stay at a hotel when traveling with my kids if I can help it. I have pretty good discernment, but still, I’ve seen it all. So believe me when I say it’s extraordinary for me to honestly say I wish we could have stayed longer. This place had absolutely everything I care about most in an Airbnb—comfortable beds (with COTTON, not polyester bedding!), darkening curtains (why are these so rare in the Airbnb world??), cozy decor and art to put you at ease, clean, quiet neighborhood, and fun, thoughtful touches that say the hosts genuinely care about your enjoyment of the space and your stay in the area. For example the coffee and cocktail bar is so thoughtful, beautiful, and joyful—it goes way above and beyond. The racks in the bedrooms for blankets and towels are genius. I could go on and on! I won’t forget this place and kind of want to plan a trip to explore Indianapolis just so we can stay here again.

The inside of the house was lovely Mike was great at communication. And even made it possible for us to check in early Beds were super comfy Great place to stay if you are in town for an event

Looks exactly like the pictures! Mike was a very responsive host and even accommodated an early check in. This is literally the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. When entering the house it smelled like it had been cleaned. You can tell Mike really cares about this place. Mike made sure we felt comfortable and at home during our stay. Very close to everything downtown has to offer. It felt very cozy inside and Mike offers an excellent coffee bar selection as well.
