I enjoyed my stay at Laura's home. The bed is comfortable and the surroundings very tranquil. Laura is also very responsive and offered timely help when needed. Very peaceful place to stay in town!

I had a nice stay. I was there for a stay of about 5 weeks while doing clinical rotation for school. There were 2 other guest renting a room in the house as well, both were male. As a female I was a little bit nervous but it made me feel better that my room locked. Both of the males were friendly and I had no issues. I did have an issue with the WiFi (travlfi). It didn’t work a lot of the time and when it did work it was very slow and I wasn’t able to stream shows. Laura was very responsive when it stopped working and did what she could to fix it. I think it was mostly just the service in the area because of being out in the woods. If you don’t need access to WiFi then it’s a nice place to stay.

Cozy cottage, personal hot spot was slow but is expected in the country. Definitely recommend for price and efficiency.

It’s a great place if you want peace and quiet, however the remote location, dirt road, lack of wifi and cell service, made it very difficult to communicate with anyone. If you’re looking to get away from the rest of the world for a while, it would be perfect…deer, squirrels and a quiet country spot. So overall, it’s not for everyone, but is ideal for some. Laura was great to deal with though. Some nice touches like the Keurig in the room, the bottled water etc.
