Uthuman's place is exactly as described. It is clean and very comfortable. Mr. Nazer is an extremely nice and prompt person who had catered to our needs. We stayed witu my 11 month old daughter who just started walking and Ms. Baby mopped the floors and kept all the surfaces clean. I'm glad I stayed here and I would definitely visit again when I am in Chennai.

The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The in-house manager Naser is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Really good stay for my family and I in Chennai! The place looked just like the pictures, was very clean and was in a good spot to access foods, shops and temples. It's also a 15 min drive to the beach. Uthuman, the property manager, Nazar as well as the maid, Bibi, were all very helpful and I appreciate the effort they made in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much. My only disclaimer is we were booked on the second floor and the building's lift was occasionally unreliable. Our first day when we arrived with luggage it didn't work so we had to haul the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. For anyone who absolutely needs lift access I'd be mindful of this. Otherwise, I highly reccomend this place to stay at for anyone looking for accommodation in Chennai.

We stayed for a week there as the location suited to our requirements. Our experience was great and Mr.Nasar was really helpful in looking after our needs. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone to have a wonderful stay.

Great 2BHK finding with attached bathrooms and amenities. Responsive coordinator and janitor available at all times. Place suitable to stay for all types of guests.
