房子很大，干净整洁，超出所想，房东人很nice，还给我们提供了吃的，很好，如果不是行程结束，还想多住两天，下次首选！

Firstly, Dongdong is a very responsive , kind and welcoming host . This is a beautifully maintained home, well stocked and immaculate . From the drive way at the front to the yard at the back , everything is kept spotlessly clean .He gave us an in-depth tour of the house and explained where everything was as well as safety features .Very kind of him to have stocked bread and milk in the fridge . There is one bedroom downstairs , with a single bed . Next to it is the bathroom (toilet and shower) and laundry. This worked very well for my elderly father. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms , master/ensuite and a separate guest shower and toilet. Clean rooms that feel spacious , the house is a well done up space that doesn't feel cluttered Overall , it feels like a sizeable space with ample room for everyone. The backyard is beautifully kept, spacious with a BBQ and a covered patio . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. We had a lovely if short stay.

Dongdong was an amazing friendly respectful and helpful host, he even gave us a visit to show us how to use the kitchen machines, go through out the safety plan and bought us some coffee, Milk and toast for the kids. his property was even more amazing, One of the best location I have ever lived in during my trips, The house is clean and tidy and is perfect for a big family, The house have a beautiful fruits garden, Nice outdoor sitting with BBQ, very big Parking Space in the house driveway, front door and on the street. The Location was great too close to a lot of the big shops and locals parks and train station with walking distance, as well as 25 minutes away driving to The closest beach. I’m with pleasure would like to recommend this amazing property and Dongdong as a great host to deal with, and I will definitely try to book it again and again, if it’s available in my next visit to Melbourne. I would like to thank Dongdong for amazing service and kindness and hospitality.
