The living room area includes a smart TV, with the dining area having plenty of room for up to 4 diners. To the back of the property is the modern fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a relaxing start to the day, or for cooking up an evening meal after a hard day enjoying all Cheltenham has to offer! The outside patio area is a wonderful sun trap in the summer months. Here you’ll find a spacious outdoor seating area with a rising table making it easy for you to sit back and relax or enjoy an al-fresco meal. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms upstairs, one with a king sized bed and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. The bathroom is also upstairs with a WC, sink, heated towel rail and a waterfall shower with a handheld attachment over the bath. While we can't guarantee a parking space there is usually plenty of availability. CHECK IN Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. CHECK OUT Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
