Great place! We had a wonderful weekend in Manhattan! Kat was very responsive and the place was nice.

I stayed at Kat's Place in Manhattan, Kansas, and while the location was convenient for Aggieville and K-State, there were several issues. The apartment was nicely decorated and looked like the pictures, but the amenities were minimal. The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was off-putting. Additionally, the host bombarded us with messages before check-in about smoking policies and checkout times, which felt unprofessional and threatened unexpected fees. The apartment was uncomfortably hot, with a locked thermostat that we couldn't adjust despite requesting the pin multiple times. Opening windows wasn't an option either, as they were either painted shut or wouldn't stay open. To top it off, the unlocked door upon arrival and the surrounding area, mostly rundown college rental properties, didn't give a sense of security. Overall, while the location and decor were decent, the experience left much to be desired.

The home was exactly as described, absolutely a great value, a perfect stay through and through..!!!
