Near the public beach. Small house within a compound with friendly dogs. Store within the compound for convenience. Water can be bought from caretaker.

Ate Rosita was very responsive. It was a great space, thank you for sharing. It had everything we needed.

The guest house was really nice and perfect for the family. We brought our two dogs and we didn't encounter any issues with it. Ate Cita was super nice and accommodating -- she was very helpful during our stay and if we needed anything, she's always ready to assist. :) Only concern would be the neighbor's videoke which can be a little noisy during busy season (weekends). Beach can also be crowded over the weekend, but definitely much nicer and manageable during weekdays. :)

Place was really clean and well maintained. They were really accommodating and flexible. Happy that they helped us rent a karaoke too!
