房间很好，很舒服。像家的感觉。美中不足的一点是pool坏掉了，热水池人太多了。还有枕头不太舒服。卧室不太隔音。别的都很棒，房东服务也很好。

Visiting from Vancouver. Beautiful upscale new two bedroom townhome. Very clean. Few minutes walk to the beach for nice walks, clam digging and oyster picking. Pet-friendly. Love the modern-design and the furnishings are stylishly tasteful. Easy-access and neighborhood is quiet. (Late March) Would love to come back and stay again!

Derek was an absolutely perfect host, communication was very prompt and very detailed all along the way. His house was exactly as described, if not better. The home is lovely, everything is spotless, rooms are spacious, beds are super comfy. I was so surprised there were plenty of kitchenwares we could use. We took the whole house with five of us, and had a blast. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone come to Parksville.

We found Derek’s place to be comfortable (the beds!) and spacious for the five of us. We loved the extras like the TV in each room and bathroom on the main floor. It was a pretty well-equipped. We are foodies though and found the lack of frying pans a little tricky! Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
