In this newly built house, you will enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a little desk. Feel free to work from home or come home to this relaxing space. It is a direct commute either to Fort Collins and Cheyenne or Boulder and the greater Denver area. When you are not commuting, head west for the Rocky Mountain National Park or simply walk around the corner to the state of the art golf course. The newly built Rec. center is 5 minute drive from you. There are four bedrooms in this home. The stay is equipped with all the essentials. Starter kit includes toiletries and coffee, oil, spices, etc. for the kitchen. Due to the long-term stay, these items will not be refilled during your stay. Internet is provided - feel free to work from home. The home and the whole neighborhood are just built, so the place is comfortable and fresh. There are lots of trails around the neighborhood.

Really clean and quiet.
It was a great stay. Dilara is a quick communicator and very helpful. She acted quickly if we needed help with anything, and when a close friend needed a place to stay, she responded with an offer within the hour I messaged her, and even asked other hosts in the area. House was neat and well-kept, and the rules were simple and easy to follow.

NEVER STAY HERE. It is required of all Airbnb hosts to show any lease terms prior to booking.I didn’t hear about this lease until my 3rd day.I told the host that I will need some time to read this lease & she started being very pushy with me.She said she would drop off the lease & pick it up tomorrow.After a long day I walk in to see a couple I had never seen before.I walked 2 steps to put my bag on the counter & say hello.This woman snaps at me to take my shoes off.I told her how she spoke to me was very rude & she said she “didn’t raise her voice”.NEVER been spoken to in such a hostile manner by hosts.Afterwards I see my LOCKED PRIVATE ROOM had been entered/belongings moved around.Never gave permission to enter my room(against local laws/Airbnb policy)The lease was illegal & stated they could enter rooms anytime w/no notice & that u need WRITTEN PERMISSION for any guests &they can increase your rent AT ANY TIME.Host lied that I didn’t leave at checkout time but I had pics&video proof

This is a newly built neighborhood has a community garden, parks, trails, and open space, a tennis court, a dog park, gym and pool (membership required) and it seats across from the PC Colorado Championship Golf Course and the Berthoud Recreational Center. Quick commute to 287, Loveland and Longmont.
This is a residential street with plenty of parking, but it may not be right by the house. The streets are pretty narrow, so be conscientious before opening a door. You will have one space in the garage!
