Our elegant designer apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque historical fishermen’s village of Cascais. Only a 3min walk to the beach, the Cascais-Lisbon railway station & the bus terminal to Sintra. Close by are Supermarkets, restaurants & bars, pharmacies, rent-a-cars, banks & more. Roam the famous cobbled streets of Cascais, sit & enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sailing craft in the bay & listening to the lap of the ocean as you experience magnificent sunsets. Enter the building through secure access from the front entrance or from it’s rear private parking area. You will find your stunning home-away-from-home on the first floor (17 steps up from the entrance and 41 steps from the parking) and be greeted on arrival by your host or co-host. Although the entire apartment is 70 m2, it has been efficiently designed by an architect and interior designer to maximise the use of the space. Off the entrance you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an Espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer, single sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The two bedrooms are set off from the open plan space and are separated by a WC which has a shower, a toilet, and a basin. The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults or a family of 4 persons. The one bedroom contains two single beds that can be turned into a king size bed. The other bedroom contains a queen size bed. For your comfort the lounge and bedrooms are fitted with automatic shutter blinds and the apartment contains 4 split air-conditioning units. We have a safe for guests to store their valuables. There are two small balconies, one off the lounge, which has a small breakfast table and 2 chairs, and one off a bedroom. We provide beach towels. We have fast fibre Wi-Fi available, and the TV has a selection of international channels as well as Netflix.
