Warm and cozy. Everything was neat and in order. Easy to find and check-in. Parking in back was very functional and easy to find, alley is paved. Felt very private and enjoyable.

Vanessa’s home was exactly what you see in the photos. She would text you and let you know if you ever needed anything. I had texted her kind of late at night and she responded quick! The only thing I wish I had known is that there was no condiments. But other than that , the home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely would come back ! Thank you Vanessa :)

Very neat place. Exactly as it’s pictured, and more! Accessible to every place we needed to be, even walkable to most! Quiet neighborhood. Responsive and proactive owner! Vanessa is the best and so is her place! Will book again for sure!

My best friends and I took a weekend trip from Texas to see my new nephew that was born last week and we loved our stay at this Airbnb. We had a little trouble getting in but the neighbor upstairs graciously assisted us. The place was clean, comfortable and homey. It was very peaceful and became our favorite quite place to decompress at the end of the day. We couldn’t stop raving about how great the toilet paper was. 😂 Every Airbnb we have stayed at has had the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper but not here! We felt like we were living in luxury! The host also had Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which was a nice accommodation. The pillows were VERY comfortable and each bedroom had a fan it which was so appreciated! Vanessa was super sweet and very easy to communicate with, she checked in often during our stay and was even kind enough to notify us of our door dash arrival! We will be saving this listing and staying here anytime we are in Greeley. Thank you Vanessa!
